Unit itself was just as presented in photos. AC spot on and kept us nice and cool. Grounds were under repair from hurricane damage (as was the case with many properties in the area) but the quiet and limited occupancy was actually nice. Pool not usable but beach was fantastic. Rental chairs and umbrella from outside vendor very close at the public beach access was very convenient and saved us from having to haul beach equipment up and down. Stocked well, really nothing we didn’t have (although our cooking was limited). Brett was very responsive in communication. Would definitely stay again.

Ocean View is phenomenal!! You are smack dab on the Beach!! We also loved the proximity to St John's Pass and The Reef. Check in was flawless. Condo was spotless and had all the amenities. You can tell the owner takes pride in their unit and provided a comfortable place for my family to enjoy our vacation! Beds are super comfortable. Owner is responsive to any questions you have! Would stay here again!

Location, location, location

This property is exactly as the pictures show in the listing. Parking is incredible, just steps to the elevators. Beds are amazingly comfortable, kitchen is perfect(regular coffee machine as well as Keurig), couches are very comfortable and the view is worth a million bucks. This property is literally 25 steps to the beach from the elevator. I normally stay in Clearwater Beach but will be returning to this property for sure. Beaches are every bit as nice as Clearwater but with 5% of the people. Two minute drive to Johns Pass and 15-20 minutes to Clearwater if you must. The only thing this property lacks is a balcony but there are beach chairs to go enjoy the amazing beach and water. Thanks for the incredible holiday!!!!

Perfect vacation

Our stay here was amazing, the beach and pool so clean. The condo was stocked with everything one would need, even a closet full of beach items, umbrellas, chairs, toys. Beds were very comfortable, cable TV. We will definitely be back. Location was perfect.

My husband, son, and I stayed here for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The condo is right on the beach and the back window wall provides breath taking views of the ocean and sun sets. A closet full of beach accessories is an added bonus. The description fits the condo to a tee and we would stay here again!

Relaxing stay on the ocean

This was an adults only vacation away from the kids. We had a wonderful week at this property. There was plenty of night life to go out and find within walking distance but it was still quiet back at our place when we wanted rest. You can catch the trolley right out front from Clearwater to St Pete for practically nothing, (cost-wise), and we opted to do that rather than drive anywhere. The property is clean and well equipped (and the kitchen was stocked with every appliance- even though we chose to eat out or order in most of the time). The property has a bin of beach items such as chairs, umbrellas and even floats that you can borrow if you leave yours at home. The pool was clean as well. Check in and out was seamless. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was absolutely amazing. The location was close enough for walking distance for restaurants but just far enough away from the beach accesses so the beach in-front of the condo was not crowded at all. The view from the condo was incredible. Just like something from a magazine! We will definitely be staying here again at a future date.

Perfect location directly on the beach!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Close to multiple restaurants and grocery stores. Also there is a trolley stops right outside of the condo that runs to John’s Pass so that was convenient as well. Having two small children, it was important to us to be close to the beach so we could go in and out if they were hot / tired etc. The unit is located on the second floor, which is the first floor of the units so we were very easily able to do that. Nice pool and grill picnic table area beachfront. The condo was clean and comfortable and Brett was fantastic and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Sunsets

Georgeous sunsets! Beautiful location, beach and easy to reach restaurants and grocery. The condo was beautiful although we didn't spend much time there with the weather here being so wonderful, we were always outside. We left Indiana at 26 degrees in February. Our only complaint was dirty sheets and the smaller bedrooms, bathroom didn't have an aerator in the sink faucet and sprayed all over. Brett said that is getting fixed. We had a great time with our visit and reccomend this place for a quiet getaway with beautiful sunsets.
