The space
Located on the third floor with convenient elevator access, this bright coastal retreat welcomes you in with an easy, breezy vibe the moment you arrive. Enjoy free parking for one vehicle, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the added comfort of an in-unit washer and dryer—everything you need to settle in and feel at home.
The space opens to a fully equipped kitchen ready for anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, complete with bar seating for two. Just beyond, the open living and dining area invites you to gather, featuring a dining table for four, a plush sofa sleeper, cozy accent chairs, and a Smart TV—perfect for winding down after sun-soaked beach days.

Slide open the glass doors and step onto your private balcony, where intracoastal and marina views set the scene. Sip your morning coffee as boats glide by, feel the coastal breeze, and soak in that unmistakable waterfront calm.

The primary king suite is your private escape, offering serene marina views and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Designed for both comfort and privacy, the layout allows the shower area to be closed off, while the toilet area is also accessible from the hallway for added convenience. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with ample storage, while the third bedroom is a fun and functional space with twin bunk beds—perfect for kids or extra guests. These rooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo, making it easy for everyone to refresh and recharge.

Beach days are effortless with chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a beach wagon provided—just grab your gear and head across the street to the sand. Whether you`re here for family time, waterfront views, or laid-back beach adventures, this condo puts you right in the heart of it all.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and resort amenities including the heated pool and hot tub.

The beach is located directly across the street, with a safety crosswalk just outside the building.

A small fitness room is available in the adjacent building for guests who want to get in a quick workout during their stay.

You’ll also be steps from John’s Pass Boardwalk, home to popular restaurants, waterfront bars, ice cream shops, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, boat tours, and local boutiques.

Other things to note
Linens and towels are provided, along with a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware and dining items.

Maximum Occupancy: The condo accommodates up to 8 guests total.

We’re happy to welcome two dogs (25 lb weight limit). For insurance reasons, aggressive breeds are not permitted.

Beach equipment is included for your stay—towels, chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon—so you can enjoy the beach with ease.

One parking space is included with your reservation. Due to HOA guidelines, we’re unable to accommodate additional vehicles.

Please Note - The building is serviced by a single elevator. While uncommon, temporary outages due to maintenance or power interruptions may occur.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are dog friendly so bring your bestie(s). 2 dogs allowed (25 lb max) with a pet fee. Any damages caused by your pets are not covered by this fee. No aggressive breeds.
