This recently remodeled mother-in-law suite is on a shared piece of property with a cute bungalow with a lovely view of the plant filled front yard. The unit is adjacent to, but completely stand alone from the main bungalow. The unit is in one of St. Pete's safest neighborhoods, Woodlawn, and sits a quick bike ride or drive of 1.5 miles to downtown Saint Pete and the same distance to Vinoy park overlooking the beautiful Tampa Bay.

The private entrance and parking allows for the tenant to park, enter and leave and completely live privately without interaction from the main house.

The suite is fitted with anything one would need to move in as ready including all kitchen essentials (Microwave, A Hot Plate, pots & pans, silverware etc) a large closet with bath towels, fresh sheets and pillow cases and plenty of room for all your clothes and personal belongings. The trundle bed can stay as a twin like in the photos or be easily expanded into a full bed that comfortably sleeps two if you will have guests staying with you. There is a mid-sized refrigerator as well as a large deep freezer if you are one to cook at home frequently and need to store your frozen goods. The washer and dryer are on site as well.

The large gated front yard loaded with peach, avocado, pineapple trees and a raised garden bed add a Key West-y feel to the space and allows for you to let your pet roam free without escaping if you plan on having a dog with you and need them to get some exercise.
