Great place

Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) just returned from Ocean Club, 3-night stay. The property overall was very clean, it was a short walk to the beach, staff were very friendly. Condo was equipped with washer / dryer, the kitchen had everything needed to cook.

This property was the best. The rooms were very clean as was the pool area. Our room overlooked the pool and we could see the staff in the morning thoroughly cleaning every chair, mopping the ground, cleaning the pool, etc. The pool bathroom was very clean! Everyone we encountered there were very friendly and helpful! The room was large and having two bedrooms and two baths made for comfortable sleeping away from the noise of the pool and bar. The full kitchen with a built in water and ice machine was perfect the pool and beach. The FREE parking was a huge plus. Some things to know before you go. The hotel is a boutique hotel. The lobby is really a small hallway. You have to walk around the building to get to the pool and beach access. There isn't a door from the hotel to the pool area. The hotel is beach front but it is not a short walk. If you have gear you will want to bring a cart or wheelbarrow. The only bathrooms are back at the hotel so again, not a short walk if you need to go. You can rent beach chairs and an umbrella from a company on the beach but it is cash only. This area was recently hit by a major hurricane so a lot of hotels are still under re-construction. This includes many restaurants. The ones that were open either had limited menus, limited hours, and had very long waits. We ended up getting uber eats from in town.

Pleasantly surprised!

Amenities were clean, freshly stocked towels and toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful. They communicate clearly and make you feel welcome. Each morning we woke up early to walk there was somebody cleaning and sanitizing the community outdoor areas . We felt very comfortable and safe . The beach was not as crowded as the other side of treasure island . Nice!
