Yhden makuuhuoneen Ocean Sands Beachfront loma-asunto

Tämä yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto Madeiran rannalla on vuokrattavissa arvostetulla Ocean Sands -mestarilla suoraan Meksikonlahdella, ja siinä on valtava maailmanluokan pehmeä hiekkaranta upealla merinäköalalla! Tämä hiljainen yksikkö on avoimen valtameren suuntaan ja on kooltaan 1000 neliöjalkaa. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja siihen liitetty kylpyhuone, jossa on täysi kolmiosainen kylpyhuone, jossa kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja tilava vaatehuone. Ylimääräinen puoli kylpyhuone sijaitsee laitteen edessä. Huoneisto nukkuu neljä erittäin mukavasti ylimääräinen taitettava queen-size-Murphy-vuode. Täydellisiin päivityksiin kuuluu uusi olohuonesarja, uusi mikroaaltouuni, uudet taulutelevisiot sekä olohuoneessa että makuuhuoneessa, uusi makuuhuonesarja, jossa uusi patja. Koko paikka on maalattu juuri ja laatoitettu vasta. Matot ovat poissa! Ocean Sands -hotellissa on yksi suurimmista uima-altaista rannalla, runsaalla uima-altaan tuolilla ja upealla tiki-mökillä, joka on varustettu ulkogrilli-grillillä.

Nopea Internet (jopa 30 Mt / s) sisältyy hintaan. Internet-puhelin tarjoaa myös ilmaisen puhelun maajohtoihin Kanadassa ja Yhdysvalloissa. Vaunu on saatavana huoneistokompleksin edessä 30 minuutin välein. Useimmat palvelut (ostosmahdollisuudet, ravintolat, charterit, risteilyt, vesiurheilu) sijaitsevat kävelyetäisyydellä. Busch Gardens on 30 minuutin ajomatkan päässä ja Walt Disney World on alle kahden tunnin päässä. Peitetyssä pysäköinnissä on tilaa vieraille. Ocean Sands sijaitsee vain 30 minuutin päässä Tampan kansainväliseltä lentokentältä.

Fantastic!

Great condo!! Spotlessly clean. We mostly eat in, so my wife was thrilled with the kitchen. Super well equipped and beautiful! Generous-sized balcony with comfortable furniture. This place is absolutely perfect for us. Great selection of beach stuff (chairs, floats, toys etc). Just high enough (7th floor). Wonderful, panoramic view of the gulf. Hope to be back next year.

Ocean Paradise

We spent three glorious weeks calling this our home, and it was wonderful! The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. The pool area is very large, but the one drawback is there is no shade (not even umbrellas). The property is close to restaurants and shopping but not so close that it's overwhelming. We have added this to our list of go-to places to stay at Mad Beach and definitely hope to return in the near future.

Bitter sweet

The property is in an excellent location and has an beautiful view but unfortunately there was a red tide outbreak the decimated the beach, I mean biblical plague fish kill across the beach. It is a residential property so there are signs posted just about everywhere in the rules and regulations of the pool, gate, elevator, mail, hot tub, etc. You name it and there is a sign for it. The abundance of signage became a scavenger hunt activity for me and my wife to see who could photograph the most signs, so thanks for the activity. The condo was filthy and I had to go and purchase my own cleaning supplies including a mop in order to makes the space livable. There is so much stuff and clutter that you are constantly shuffling stuff around or shifting through broken stuff trying to find the most usable broken item. Imagine two bedrooms of stuff shoved into a one bedroom. The bedside table next to me contained several pairs of women’s underwear, which did not belong to my wife, gross. Underneath the bed was trash and even an old dusty shoe and toddlers toy. We cleaned the inside of the fridge which was filled with all the old food from the previous occupiers. Put away a coffee make that had not been wiped down in forever. The owner of the condo is very nice but did not always communicate in a timely fashion. She never calls or answers the phone number provided. The property manager is very unhelpful and turns out cleans the condo as a side hustle. She informed me how excellent at and detail oriented her cleaning was and the great pride she took in her work. She must have missed the floors that were so grimy that we had to were socks in order to keep our feet from turning black, which It took 3 moppings to remove the film of yuck. There was also the over turned box of soda that had spilled in the laundry room fusing the rug to the floor. The owner did reimburse me for the cleaning fee and supplies. The condo was very affordable but the the amount of cleaning and shuffling of stuff made it not worth it. I did not drive 16 hours to cleanup and organize someone else’s property.

great trip

We have stayed in the area many times now and this was by far our favorite place. it was comfortable and clean and had absolutely everything you could ever need to cook a meal. we were trying to stay close to home because of Covid so we ate in every night and were very happy with the kitchen. There were tons of towels, beach towels, chairs and everything else you could want. The location was great, the beach here is great and the pool was lovely. We met lots of people from all over the states. We will be back!

Our 3 week stay was great! Perfect, central location on Madeira Beach. No need for car. Walk to groceries, restaurants, drugstores as needed. Very friendly building for families as well. Owners readily available for questions. Saw dolphins frequently and even saw 2 large manatees right off the shoreline. Can’t beat the beach front location!

Lovely place

Lovely view. Unfortunately we had to leave after two nights due to an unforeseen issue. The owner was very good about trying to help us out with re renting etc. the place is very comfortable. It is a large condo complex on a busy street but is directly on the beach which is great. The pool and public deck is very nice. The price is a bargain for what you get. The place is very well stocked with linens etc.

This beautiful Condo was beyond words!! Newly remodeled and beautiful upgrades with an Ocean front view that's incredible. So convenient to stores and restaurants, and the building is very secure. The View!

The view is breathtaking - it is right on the beach. Pictures do not really do this place justice. It's better than the usual rental, it's more like someone's home. Condo is recently updated. Location is walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and grocery store. We saw dolphins every day. Owner is very responsive. Fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay again!
