This spacious 1st-floor (not ground level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful sugar sand beach. 112 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. An added kitchen pantry provides extra food storage space. Enjoy a separate bar with a mini refrigerator for cold drinks and entertaining. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom (new mattresses 2025) and 1 queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Washer/Dryer. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Maximum occupancy: 8.
