Location, location, location! Highly recommend this property for a couple who wants to be close to a paved beach access, with literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. The unit was extremely clean & had all the basics we needed upon arrival. It is within walking distance to a local market off 14th Avenue which serves breakfast & lunch & also Keegan’s, which has great food. If you want to stay in the heart of IRB, this is a great one!

It was a great stay! I appreciated the beach umbrella and beach chairs. It made our beach day more enjoyable. The beach is right across the road. They had pretty much everything we needed for a short few days stay. Although maybe pick up some salt and pepper if you're going to cook at the condo. It was also within walking distance to a few coffee shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend IRB Creamery if you're looking for ice cream. They even had a few dairy free options. We had a great time and hope to come back again.
