This waterside luxury condo is influenced with coastal colors in its interior, evokes the calm elegance of Sunshine State living. You will want to immediately commence relaxing in comfort on the veranda, totally unrestricted by the over-sized glass, floor to ceiling doors that speaks volumes to the gorgeous view of Clearwater Harbor. This is where you will take your morning coffee or evening cocktails as dolphins splash and play, creating moments of unexpected magic!

With over 1600 sq ft of living space and an open kitchen dining and living design leading to an expansive balcony, there is plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is a vacation chef`s dream with every appliance and kitchen tool, pots and pans, baking sheets, mixers and blender to make a spectacular meal for friends and family or a lovely dinner for two. Please note the stove top is Induction and we have provided the proper cookware for the unit.

The master suite is very large and every detail has been taken into consideration with collapsible racks for luggage and plenty of closet space for a weekend or a week. The master bath has an oversized walk in shower and a separate toilet room and big counters and double sinks for two.

One of the guest rooms features oversized twin beds and the second bedroom has a large queen. The guest bath has an adjoining door to the Queen guest suite and is designed in a bath tub/shower combo with a second door that leads to the hallway.

Nourish your inner “beach bum,” with a short walk to Clearwater Beach to bask in the sun, splash in the ocean and stroll on the famous sugar white sands, as you await the painted sky at sunset.

Pick from an array of restaurants, a large assortment of activities, shopping and entertaining nightlife to satisfy your vacation wishes.

As a guest you will have access to the Waterside pool and sauna area with loungers, table and chair seatings, and BBQ grill.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.

-There is an elevator within the building.

-Parking for 1 vehicle only.

-If you are bringing a boat via trailer, there will not be a space to park it. (Please contact local marinas for a place to launch and park the trailer. Our purpose is to provide you with a dock with water and electrical hook-ups.)

-There is a cabana where the beach essentials are stored and space to store boat items while you are visiting.

-Beach essentials include chairs, umbrella and a beach buggy. They are complimentary and we cannot guarantee the number of items or their condition as they are in use daily.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
