The 1888 Hotel welcomes you to St. Petersburg Florida! Here you’ll find a contributing structure of the Downtown Historic District; restored to meet all of your 21st Century needs. This unit is a second floor Queen studio. It’s in downtown but on the border of downtown and the historic old northeast neighborhood, providing close walking access to the hustle and bustle of downtown but provides a nice tranquil hotel stay environment away from Central Avenue.

Please note this 2nd Story Unit #206 is located in the 1888 Hotel main building. We ask that all guests be respectful by keeping noise down in the common staircase, 2nd floor balcony, and the front porch. Guests shall have access to their own private studio unit as well as the common hallway and staircase (staircase is required to access this unit).

This unit features a marble counter-top, fully functioning fridge, ice maker, and counter-top burner. The studio includes a queen sized bed, smart TV, dresser, desk, and wardrobe for maximum comfort.

This unit comes with (1) parking pass in the nearby MAACM parking garage, but if you want to explore all that downtown St. Pete has to offer, you can leave your car behind. Take a stroll, take the free Downtown Looper trolley, or take one of the electric scooters all located right outside the local Kawha Coffee shop across the street.

The location is second to none, next door to Must Wine Loft and walking distance to all the amenities that make Downtown Saint Petersburg a destination location. You will be 2 blocks from Vinoy Park, 2 blocks from the Sundial plaza, 4 blocks from the famous St. Pete Pier, 4 blocks from Central Ave and a short 10 minute drive to Trip Advisor’s #1 beach in the country - St. Pete Beach.

Common area washing machines and dryer are located on site and they are credit card friendly.

St. Pete has a noise ordinance policy in place, and they are enforced by local law enforcement and code enforcement officers. The goal of this program is not to limit your fun or vacationing experience, instead it is designed to ensure a quality stay for every guest and resident. Please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund. St Pete is also experiencing a construction boom and there are several projects happening in the area.
Parking
One parking pass to a nearby garage is included with your stay. Guests agree to follow the terms and conditions set by the garage and its management. The pass will be available in your unit upon check-in. If the pass is not returned at the end of your stay, a $75 replacement fee will apply.

Guests are also asked to observe all posted street signage regarding permissible parking zones. Please note that onsite parking is limited to 15-minute loading and unloading only. Vehicles parked beyond this time may be subject to towing. Detailed parking instructions will be provided on your arrival day.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. While we’re always happy to check, availability depends on the cleaning schedule and readiness of the unit and cannot be guaranteed. Approved requests may be subject to an additional fee.

Quiet Hours
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that quiet hours be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum inside the unit as well as in common spaces and hallways. Noise violations or complaints may result in a $500 penalty and may lead to termination of the stay without refund.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 penalty, and additional remediation charges may apply if necessary.

Security
For everyone’s safety, please be sure to lock the front and rear doors behind you after entering or exiting using the keyless entry system.

Linens and Bedding
We kindly ask guests to help us care for the property. Linens, towels, and bedding that are stained or damaged during a stay may be subject to a $75 damaged item fee per item.

Pets
Pets are not permitted at the property. Violations of this policy may result in a $500 penalty and termination of the stay.

Laundry Use
The washer and dryer are available for guest use between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM only.

Parties and Decorations
Parties and events are not permitted. We also ask that guests refrain from using glitter or decorations that may cause damage to the property.

Furniture
Please do not rearrange any furniture or move furniture outside.

Fire Safety
For safety reasons, candles and other fire hazards are not permitted inside the property.

Plumbing
To help prevent plumbing issues, please flush toilet paper only. Any damage resulting from flushing other items may result in additional charges.
