Disliked: Room comfort
Don't stay here unless you want disappointed!
Checked in around 5:30 pm Aug. 7 for a long weekend to relax and get married. First night, went to shower—the shower head fell off, so no shower. Called the number in my email; no other room was available, just one to shower in briefly, then return. We asked for a refund to stay at a hotel—denied, offered $30 credit. Room had no trash can except in a bathroom that smelled of urine, and the “private” balcony was a rusty, shared ledge looking into another rental’s window. Next day they fixed the shower head and a light, but there was no hot water. Just before our wedding, we got a quick lukewarm rinse. Hot water never worked during our stay. Wifi didn’t work, and multiple times we returned to find our door wide open. Furnishings were bare: Murphy bed with a very firm mattress, small wicker table, two folding chairs, two dirty outdoor chairs. Air Conditioner worked most of time but wasn't very cool. Needs new filter and has mold in it. The pool water was warmer than the shower, every day! The room could have been fine had we at least had hot water, but management’s refusal to offer even a partial refund showed they care more about money than guests.
Location was convenient and I didnt see any roaches or bugs. Much better places to stay in same location for not much more, book there and save your self time from the complaining, becausw it doesnt get you anywhere. I should've just but the bullet and changed hotels the first night.
