This was our first trip to Barbados. We booked this resort as it came highly recommended. It was beautiful, safe and clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Easy access to Crane Beach. Lots of food choices. A general store to purchase food that we cooked ourselves made it easy and cost effective with our young kids. Our only issue was the cost to travel to different parts of the island. Taxi/Uber were quite expensive so we stayed at the resort most days.

Our stay at The Crane Resort was absolutely unforgettable. The suite we stayed in was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like our own private getaway. From the comfortable furnishings to the relaxing atmosphere, every detail was thoughtfully done to make us feel right at home. The dining options on the property were equally impressive. Each restaurant offered delicious meals with exceptional service, making it easy to enjoy a great breakfast, lunch, or dinner without ever leaving the resort. Whether we wanted something casual or a more refined dining experience, The Crane delivered every time. And of course—the views. Waking up to those breathtaking ocean views every morning was truly something special. The combination of the sparkling blue water, gentle breeze, and peaceful ambiance made our stay feel like a dream. Overall, The Crane Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to return!

The Crane Resort has everything needed for a relaxed stay in one location. Our Junior Suite with partial ocean views was smaller than expected. The bedroom and wardrobe space was small. There was no space to store luggage, except in the living/dining area, which then reduced the available space there. The kitchen area was well stocked with utensils but had limited cupboard/drawer space and nowhere to store groceries except on the worktop. The advertised room details were slightly ambiguous as we were expecting a suite with a pool and hot tub! Apparently, the booking was for a suite only. Overall, we adapted and made the most of it.

The rooms were clean, very large, and accommodating, the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for us, during a minor hiccup. Special thanks to Raven and Anthony, the young lady at bar 1887 who gave my partner her lunch because we missed dinner, didn’t get her name, but thank you💙💛. We would definitely be back to this lovely resort. If you’re looking for a resort for entertainment and good food, the crane is not it. If you’re looking for relaxation on a beautiful resort and beach, this is the place. The beach is way nicer than the ones off resort. The private pool could’ve been more private with an awning or something. We cooked in our suite and rented a car to venture offsite.

The upgraded room with the pool in the back, was breathtaking, but there were many huge cockroaches! Had to keep calling the front desk to come and get them!! Bellboy, Anthony was extremely helpful. The women in the restaurant where breakfast is served, that were in charge of making the omelets, horrible! Their attitude sucked! Besides those minuet things, I’d give the resort 7 stars out of 10!

Beautiful room view , pools and service. I would give it five stars, but it’s not in the most desirable area to do things on the island. Perfect for 2 nights… then move on… We had one negative dining experience at the Zen restaurant otherwise we had a lot of fun dining off the resort!

Reservation staff sorted out meal plan issues efficiently. Service staff sorted out room repairs efficiently too. Only problem I had was the buggy cart staff didn't pick me up in time around checkout and so I had to walk to reception with all my luggage which wasn't good for mobility disability.

The Crane is a 10!

The Crane exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities are so well considered that there is nothing I would change or ask for. The vistas are breathtaking and have now made The Crane Barbados on our annual list of vacation stops. Next year we are bringing the whole extended family. You can choose to be with other guests at one of the many pools or just spend time with your friends and family in your private pool. We were wowed!

Amazing views. Large room with great views/balcony. Suite had a private elevator to underground parking. Very friendly staff. Only 2 areas for improvement. AC did struggle and kitchen could have a few more pans etc. But overall I would recommend it!

we did not receive any VIP access. I didn't realize this was something we had to request!! I believe we should have received a daily food credit which was not offered! we ate at the restaurants / ice cream shop daily and received no credit or discount. We were changed for a meal on 9/18/25 when we didn't even check in until 9/21, still waiting for that credit.

I had my wedding at the Crane, my coordinator Tamisha was amazing and very helpful. There is a lot of walk base on where your room is locates. Some area were infected with rochs, my nieces were placed ina room above the garbage area which caused they room to be infected. The situation was not handle very well with the staff nor management team.
