Kaupan stressiä jokapäiväistä elämää täydellistä rentoutumista ja upeita rantoja, kun valitset meidän kaunis huoneisto St Simons Island. Ocean Walk on yksi halutuimmista paikoista saarella, koska ihana mukavuudet tarjotaan.

3 makuuhuonetta ja 2. 5 kylpyjä, on runsaasti tilaa majoittaa perheen 8 tai kaveriporukalle. Tämä 2-kerroksinen yksikkö sijaitsee takana Ocean Walk sijaitsee täydellisellä välillä allas ja tenniskentät, 50 metrin päässä kerhotalo (jossa on kuntosali) ja sijaitsee suoraan lampi. Olemme lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kylän ja ranta.

Jos ranta ei ole sinun kupin teetä, Ocean Walk on 2 tenniskenttää, 2 allasta (toinen lämmitetty ja avoinna ympäri vuoden), leikkipaikka, kerhotalo, jossa on kuntosali ja varaa vaihtaa, ja lampi kalastukseen.

Löydät kaiken tarvittavan rentoutua U2, avaimeton, langaton internet, kaapelitelevisio jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja yksikön pesula, tennis, 2 allasta, klubitalo, lampi kalastukseen. Kaikissa huoneissa on uudet patjat ja vuodevaatteet sisältyvät, samoin kylpypyyhkeet.

Comfy Condo but need some TLC

Condo was very comfortable and a great location. It is dated and needs TLC. The carpeting was very very dirty/gross, worn and needs to be replaced, TV in the living room has screen shadows (looks like the LCDs are burnt out and needs to be replaced), sofa leather is cracker/worn and has hole, toilets don't flush on 1st attempt, need to be replaced with elongated bowl/comfort height (currently not good for males). I discussed these issues with the owner.

Great trip

We had a wonderful time. Townhouse was nice, the pool was nice. I enjoyed the patio facing the pond. We spent most of the time out at the beach, and around the area. Beds were great and loved the soft mattress pads.

Love this condo!

We had a great time staying in this condo. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, and we all slept well. The lake view was wonderful, so nice to have coffee while we watched the ducks and greeted our neighbors. Our hosts were kind and very responsive. Great place for our family vacation, hope to stay there again!

Great family vacation!

We loved this property and it was perfect for our family! The kids enjoyed going on the back patio to watch the ducks, the locations of both pools were perfect, the kids loved our after dinner swims! There were plenty of outdoor activities around the condo, we enjoyed the swings throughout the property along with the playground. Winn Dixie and East Beach access were just a short drive away. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean with plenty of linens for our family of five. We hope to be back!

Family Fun

Our stay was great! We love St. Simons and visit usually each year in thr same location (Ocean Walk). The unit in which we stayed this year was very kept and very close to the pond and pool. The people renting the condo were very easy to get in contact with. Thank you for allowing us to stay this week. Hope to come back again.

My sisters and I had a great time staying at your condo. We took in the sights and had some great dinners out! Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and our back patio with a great view of the pond and the ducks. Would love to return someday. St. Simon's is beautiful.

Perfect beach getaway

I have rented several locations through VRBO over the years. This condo, by far, has surpassed every other one. It was super kid friendly, beautifully decorated and the owners have thought of everything!! A spare HDMI cord in the living room so we could hook up my kids' Nintendo switch. Smart tvs. Charger outlets on every nightstand for cellphones and devices. First aid kit. Spare smapmoos, conditioners, and soaps in the bathroom closet. The beds in every room were literally the most comfortable I've ever felt!! Extra blankets! The condo is so close to one of the 2 pools on the property, a tennis court with a basketball hoop. Overlooking the pond! The kitchen was well stocked and the Keurig was a huge plus!!! So close to several beach accesses and so much at the condo for kids to do! We loved our time and made some wonderful memories!!! You won't be disappointed if you choose this condo for your next beach trip!!!

Close to one of the pools in the community which was awesome! The pond provided a nice view from the back patio. Also being next to the tennis courts and having a community playground kept the kids busy! The TV remotes were not working properly for all the apps, we could only get Netflix from the DVD remote to work, so you may just need an updated box and/or remote.

1st Visit to St. Simons

A gem in the middle of paradise. Is how I'd describe this property. Located close to everything on the island and on the property. The pool, the pickleball court, the tree swings, and the lake. The owners are bar none THE BEST I've ever come in contact with. Incredibly helpful, responsive and pleasant. I will be back.

We had a great time at St. Simons! The condo we rented for our stay was great. It's in a great location and easy to get to. The owners have great communication and we were very pleased with the overall experience. We have stayed at a lot of different places on the island over the years, and a few different condos in the same complex. This unit and the owners are by far the best ones we have had! We will be back next year, and hopefully we can stay here again. Thanks for providing a great experience!!

First time at St Simons Island

The unit was very welcoming and Gil amd Tracey couldn't have been more helpful and available. The location, right near the back pool and pickleball/tennis courts was wonderful. I even learned to play pickleball. The back of the unit faces the "lake" and the ducks are so fun to watch, as they parade by in the early morning.. We truly enjoyed our time here.

Great location, host

My husband and I stayed here for a month in January (off season). The complex was nice, and it's just less than 1 mile to the pier and village area - perfect for 15-20 min daily walks there on the bike path. We had an enjoyable stay though we did run into one relatively major issue toward the end, which Gil, the owner, was excellent at handling. He is very responsive and went out of his way to make sure things were fine for us before the stay ended. All in all this was a nice place, nice location, and really nice host! Since we travel full time and work on the road, we pay attention to a few other things worth noting that might or might not affect typical travelers: - The first day the wifi was not as fast or strong upstairs (where I set up my office space) as we thought it would be; we wound up plugging in our own router and that fixed the problem. We didn't bother Gil with this since we had an easy solution, and it's possible a simpler solution would have fixed it up too. Downstairs wifi was not an issue. - We barely had to touch our own kitchen supplies, and had no trouble using the kitchen for our meals (we cook 50-75% of the time). A good amount of silverware, plates, glasses, pots/pans, knives, oven dishes, etc. were present. Even some tupperware containers and some spices, too. - Since we do travel with everything we own, there isn't really any place to store large bins or bikes inside, or hang up jackets downstairs, and we kind of took over the living and dining rooms with our "stuff". If you are a typical traveler this probably won't be an issue for you except for maybe the bikes. There are few bike racks in the complex but we like having them closer to us. - Neighbors were all very friendly (everyone on the island was friendly). Most of the month, there were only neighbors on one side, and we couldn't hear anything at all through any walls. - The king bed was very comfortable; we didn't sleep in the other beds. - We loved having real cable. We were able to watch all the sports games we cared about, which we really appreciated. Again, all in all, an enjoyable stay. We liked St Simon's Island in general a lot, and appreciated Gil's responsiveness during the month.

Great view!

We were all very pleased with this condo. The condo itself is clean and well organized and set up well. Everything was as pictured. The furniture was beautiful and I personally loved the paint color. The owners are very professional and well organized. I felt like we were in good hands. The view of the pond in Ocean Walk was beautiful!! The complex itself is absolutely perfect for families with children. The kids loved all the tree swings!! And the heated year round pool was definitely heated!! We went swimming in 50 degrees F. The location of the complex on the island was perfect!! We were close to everything! Thank you for allowing us to stay with you!
