Hodnett Cooper is excited to present this gorgeous, direct ocean view, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Sea Point Lodge Condominium.
Sea Point Lodge is a newer oceanfront condominium community. Located on Ocean Boulevard, just across from the elementary school, Sea Point Lodge is convenient to the Village, Shops, Restaurants, Lighthouse, and Pier.
This beautifully furnished residence features tall ceilings, stone flooring, a large kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters, an oversized dining and living area, and a balcony with ocean views. The living area provides the most comfortable seating for four and faces a generous size flat screen TV. There is additional seating with two comfortable chairs perfect for reading or just enjoying the view. The master suite features a walk-in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. This particular condominium is located on the top corner of the building with balconies off the master on the side as well as balcony that runs the length of the condominium along the beach side providing expansive ocean views from almost anywhere in the residence. Views like this are rare!
This location offers only streaming TV's, no traditional cable
