Das Studio befindet sich in einem 1970 erbauten Apartementhaus, wurde im Jahr 2023 renoviert und ist im typischen Landesstil eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt in einem Wohngebiet, am Ortsrand. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Panorama und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Bei diesem Ferienobjekt handelt es sich um eine familienfreundliche und romatische Unterkunft. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Grillmöglichkeit, Gartenmöbel und Hof.

Starigrad-Paklenica. The studio is located on a 1,000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 80 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
