This is an older property which looks to me like they are attempting to update. They need to. I had maintenance problems which is why I downgraded the staff. The staff that I personally dealt with did what they could. Air conditioning was good, which is not always the case in much pricier hotels. Bed and pillows were also good. For me, comfortable bed in a cool room is really all I need.

Few things did not want to work, quite of few light bulbs in the room were burnt out, door key cards would not work (4) to be exact and had the desk re-issue me new ones every time, loud freaking music and stomping through out the night…. The list Can go on but I’ll leave it at that. On a positive note, the staff was great, really cool and nice people for sure… 💯

It took forever to check in, and when I went to my room, the door would not open so I had to go back to the front desk. Walking to my room, the carpet was covered in stains. My toilet was in terrible shape and I even went to get a toilet brush and I couldn’t get off the rust stains. My phone wouldn’t work so I had to walk back to the front desk. There is no restaurant or bar and the continental breakfast is a joke. I will never be going back.
