Good hotel but zero assistance

The night clerk wasn’t available for check in for at least minutes. No one answered the phone when we needed assistance. I would think it would at least roll over to someone to answer but nothing..nada…

We had just spent a miserable night at another hotel. Were forced to stay there due to lack of accommodations during college graduation. I canceled the 2nd night there and was able to get a room here. It was pure heaven. Clean, comfortable, quiet just wonderful.

Great staff - building needs help

Across the board, the staff was very good. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and cared about their customers. The property itself is pretty worn, and they are making renovations to improve things. That said, badly stained plumbing fixtured, lights that don't function, and missing security hardware to secure the room from the inside all need to be corrected to make this a more enjoyable experience for the customer

The number address for property on expedia is incorrect. The parking lot was very dark, couldn’t even see the hotel sign from the highway, no lights even around the hotel. Front desk was very nice. There were no paintings, pictures, mirrors, in the lobby or anywhere. None in the room but did have a mirror. First room the toilet was clogged and almost flowed over, we got another room immediately. that toilets water bowl constantly ran which gave a strong chemical smell throughout the room, had to sleep with my face covered. Carpet was dirty, feet were dirty from walking on it. Cracking noise throughout the night, could not tell where it was coming from, either ceiling or high up the wall, room was on the second floor.
