When we arrived the heat was blowing so hot and would not cool down. Very thankful for the window. Your Maintenance guy arrived within a few minutes, got to work and resolved the issue. Just what any Maintenance guy would do but.... he was so kind, friendly and 100% customer service focused. He deserves something extra as a perk. Well done Maintenance guy, we should have gotten your name.

Breakfast buffet - great. Service - great and friendly. Enjoyed it. The Legends- not a good experience. Started with ordering a Cheesesteak at Noon on a Friday- “sorry, we don’t have any.” Ummm. Weird but Ok. Got drink orders wrong, too. Waiter not so friendly, as well. These are not dealbreakers but went there for dinner. Was seated by hostess (place wasn’t that crowded). Waited over 15 mins - no one came to our table. We left. Just a lot of little things like these added up throughout the weekend to make the stay very average.

The heat in our room did not work and it was very cold. Not to sound like a "Karen" but I felt we should have been compensated for that. We were only there one night and at check out I let them know and was told that they were sorry about that and we were all set. No compensation for a miserable night offered.

Management needs to do something to control overnight noise. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last several weeks and experienced the same issues both times. College kids in the hallways, yelling, slamming doors and partying in rooms overnight! I’m not talking about 10 or 11 PM… I mean all night long until 6/7 AM. I slept exactly 0 minutes last night. Management needs to do a better job of controlling noise and making sure all guests are comfortable and able to sleep. In addition to the unacceptable levels of noise, I’ve had maintenance issues both times. This most recent trip included both bedside table lamps not working. The knobs to turn them on/off are completely missing on one lamp and simply broken on the other lamp. The only way to turn those lights on was to loosen/tighten the lightbulb. It’s like staying in a frat house!
