Welcome to Torian Plum Plaza #408. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in the most convenient location for your ski vacation. The Plaza Building at the Torian Plum sits along the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Area, making access to the slopes a breeze. But, not only is skiing easy, for après ski or non-skiers in your group the location is also an easy walk to some great restaurants, shops and snow melted access to gondola square. You really can't beat the access and convenience this location provides. The condo itself has had some meticulous upgrades over the years and provides a very comfortable and spacious living area, dining area with large table and beautifully remodeled kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and a brand new induction oven! Located off the living area is a covered deck with awesome views of the Torian Plum pool and the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Area and base.

The main bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom with amazing walk-in shower. The second spacious bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom boasts two twin beds. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo. There is a Queen sized murphy bed in the living area for those who need an additional bed.

The condo is located at the Torian Plum which offers amazing amenities at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. The property has an onsite front desk for easy check-in, on-call ski season shuttle service to whisk you downtown or to the grocery store and underground parking. There is a heated pool and multiple hot tubs onsite as well as a fitness room and elevators. But, the best part about the Torian Plum Steamboat is its location. The property sits right on the slopes and you have walking access on a snowmelted promenade to the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Some of Steamboat's best restaurants are located just outside your door including Cafe Diva, The Paramount and Los Locos. Or head to Slopeside for some apres ski fun.
