I have stayed here 4 times in the last 10 years and it is consistently great. The breakfast is superb, the location near the station is perfect. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the rooms are super comfortable.

Perfect central location with all key areas/attractions and plenty of restaurants/bars in walking distance. One minute from the central train station (but no noise issues). The room (Deluxe) was spacious and comfortable - as was the bed. The hotel has good amenities including a restaurant, bar and gym (gym is 24/7 access with a good range of equipment). The breakfast is great and deserves its own shout out. Staff were really friendly, helpful and responsive (including with a pre-stay enquiry). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when in Stockholm.

The receptionists are so helpful! I forgot about my charger and they helped me charging my phone for an hour so I could actually use it the next day. The room is also so clean and the design and choices of the items in the room are tasteful in a Nordic way

Lovely hotel in a great location

Spent 3 nights at this great hotel. Really conveniently located in a nice area and also a stone’s throw from the airport train. Rooms not huge - a bit like a IKEA showroom, very good use of space- but well appointed and all staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was amazing- loads of variety, catering for all dietary requirements , probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. We ate one night in the hotel restaurant which was also very nice, generous portions and reasonably priced. The nearby restaurant that the receptionist recommended on our arrival was also first class. All round a great place to stay- we even used the gym. I would definitely recommend it.

Convenient location close to train and bus stations as well as Arlanda Express. Though there are cheaper options than the Arlanda Express, it is literally a few steps from the hotel, so could not have been more convenient. Arrived to a nice bright spotless room after a long day of travel. Hotel was very quiet despite being on a main street and despite there being many rooms close by. Never heard any noise over 5 nights. All the hotel staff from reception to restaurant to housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The shower gets messy without a door or barrier to block water flow, but I don’t think this is unusual in hotels these days. The shower pressure was excellent and it was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion so you can pack a little lighter. As many have stated, the breakfast buffet was great! Many options were available from healthy to not. There were even some gluten free choices. I especially appreciated the hot foods and the ginger shots! Generally enjoyed my stay!

A really great hotel near to the centre of town and a 3 minute walk to the main station with its non-stop trains to the airport. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The reception staff were also excellent, really friendly and helpful.

I love the skipping housekeeping to donate for a social cause option. The bathroom in my room is designed as a wet room. So, the floor around the can can be wet after shower. Not a big deal when there is tiwel for the floor.
