The stay wasn't bad until our last night. Someone was outside our room at 1:30am doing something to a vehicle, hammering on it and woke us up. When I called the front desk they said maybe he was just working on it to fix a problem. When I continued to complain about the noise they said they would contact their security to check on it. There was also a large dog allowed in the breakfast area that was being allowed to stand and place its front paws on a table and there was no one there to clean the table before someone else came and sat there to eat. The room was clean and so was the surrounding area. The housekeeping staff that we saw were very friendly. The person at the desk when checking out didn't offer to take the keys or ask about our stay so I asked if I should just put the keys in the box on the counter and she said yes. She was standing right behind it and could have easily just taken them.

We flew in for a funeral earlier in the day and were able to check into a room right away to freshen up after traveling instead of having to wait until late afternoon. The front desk lady was very kind and accommodating. The hotel and room were very clean and inviting. We highly recommend the La Quinta in Ripon, CA to anyone traveling that way.
