What a beautiful hotel. We booked last minute and was not disappointed. Lots of lovely touches like bathrobes and complimentary soft drinks and milk in the fridge. Would highly recommend.

From the minute I arrived at the hotel I received a very warm welcome from team members Alyshia and Craig. They are both so incredibly customer focused and it clearly shows. Room 706 amazing and I had a fantastic stay. Breakfast this morning was divine and I would visit the hotel again in a "heartbeat". I look forward to visiting again soon.

Not being one for leaving reviews, I do so because I received an email indicating I had left a 1 star terrible review, a complete mystery to me! We love this place and we will be back. Fantastic location to explore wonderful Stratford, We were initially greeted by a grumpy receptionist, but she soon cheered up and overall the staff and facilities were fantastic.
