New Renovated 3BR/4BTH Condo Sleeps 10 Gym Heated Pool Walk to Stratton Mtn

This is a newly renovated, top-floor 3BR / 4BT 2-story loft with cathedral ceilings at the Rising Bear Condos. Brand new kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, paint, floors, rug, leather sofas, TVs, foosball, arcade -- everything is super clean and brand new. We are a family with 3 kids and starting to rent out our unit on the weekends that we're not using it.

You walk 5 mins to Stratton mountain to ski and to the village which has plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, ice cream, coffee, pizza, etc. Also, there is a dedicated shuttle that picks you up in the heated garage and drops off right at base mountain.

The unit has plenty of space for 2 families and comfortably sleeps 9 people -- there are two master bedrooms each with its own bath and a kid's bedroom with four twin beds and 1 full-size bed. The new kitchen has a large counter with 4 stools making it a centerpiece for breakfast in the morning and wine/conversation in the evening. The dining room table is set for 6, and the two leaves expand the seating for larger parties. The upstairs loft is a large and fun spot for kids to play on the arcade console w/ 1,000+ games (Pac-Man, Frogger, etc), foosball and bean bag, and plenty of space for air mattresses if you need more space. The balcony overlooks the valley and mountains and is a perfect way to start your day with a cup of coffee. Washer and dryer in the unit. Plus a full-time on-site caretaker.

Out front, you have a heated outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, a firepit, and ice skating (skate rentals available). You have 2 reserved parking spots in the heated garage near the elevator and a private locker for your skis/equipment. Our fitness center is a short drive or walk away and permits guests -- we spend hours there with the kids in the olympic size pool, indoor tennis & pickle courts, weight room, cycle room, yoga classes, and massage room. Down the street is tubing and snow mobiling.

A 20-minute drive away is Manchester City with plenty of restaurants and great shopping (J Crew, Polo, Tumi, Orvis, etc).

Walk to Everything

This property was as advertised. Very comfortable beds, clean and convenient with plenty of space. Great location for access to Stratton Mountain lifts and the village shops and restaurants.

Great condo, great location!

Even better than the pictures! Nicely updated condo with a lot of space, fully stocked with everything we needed. Can’t beat the location! We left the car in then garage and walked to everything - to skiing as well as the village shops and restaurants. Ice skating was also such a fun addition to the trip, along with the outdoor pool and hot tub. Used the ski valet at the bottom of the slopes so we didn’t even need to carry skis back and forth. Highly recommend!

Great Stay at Convenient Location

The property was as described. Very clean and plenty of extra towels/linens. Very convenient location as it was within walking distance to village. Communication with owner was no problem. Bedrooms could use some blinds for the windows.

Amazing Property and Host, Stellar Experience!

Greg was the best host from the time of booking—very responsive, attentive and kind. He made sure that my family was well-accommodated and provided accurate instructions and resources for everything we potentially needed during our stay. He also put us in contact with his property manager, Jim, in case we needed anything at any point in time. As a Stratton regular, I can say with all certainly that his unit is a special one—newly renovated as pictured and described, clean, with ample supplies, arcade, board and other games & activities, easy access to the mountain and village and so much more! It was nice having a staircase that didn’t squeak! We appreciated Greg’s warm welcome very much and took care of his place like our own. We only had a party of 5 since we like to have ample space but the unit accommodates many more. The bedding was the best we have ever had in all of our years as guests at Stratton. It was a 5-star stay and highly recommended!

Great place and location!

We really enjoyed our trip here! The place was super clean and updated. The ease of being in Stratton village was great. Loved that parking and ski lockers were heated…made the trip that much easier. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Condo!

Excellent Stay and Host!

Greg is a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily

Amazing family ski weekend in Stratton

Amazing place to stay. Hospitable owner, easy to communicate with, had all the essentials and more in the unit. Wonderful location, just a short walk to the village. Still had a shuttle to the mountain so we didn’t have to carry all our ski stuff each time, very convenient, especially with younger kids. Great setup for the kids to sleep together with the bunks in one room. Highly recommend!!!
