We stayed here last year for an event and 2 of the 3 elevators did not work. One year later and they STILL do not work. And the 3rd was iffy!!! We were on the third floor. No tissues and only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Wall molding coming off. Pool closed. Breakfast excellent and the staff super. They tried to help as much as they could! Into the owner should get his act in gear or he will lose return customers like me and give the best Western chain a bad name.

Do not stay here if you can't handle stairs. The staff seemed efficient and were all friendly. The parking lot and walkways were covered with days old snow and ice.

This place only has one working elevator and it only works when it wants to and I have had 2 major surgeries in the past 3 months on my legs can’t do stairs very well. and they said they have nothing open on the first floor. Think twice before staying here or at least call to see if they have them working before booking.

Specifically reserved a room here for the pool. After checking in and being told pool hours and all this wonderful stuff we were excited. Go instantly to check the pool out(again the only reason we came here) and it was closed! After the front desk man said its open and when it closes. We were very disappointed. All we got was a sorry when we went back to the desk. We definitely would've went elsewhere had we known this prior to paying.

Elevators were broken . Door on the ONLY working elevator in the building was not working at all .. Felt as if we were going to be trapped . Very unsafe. Total neglect by this facility .My wife and i had a very long walk as a disabled individual . Wouldnt change our room . Went to use the pool and it was closed . $4.00 bottled water No bagels at breakfast as people were just filling plastic storage containers .

For the price point on the hotel I was expecting way more comfort, and amenities. The pool was pretty much ice cold and wasn't pleasant to swim in, which is the entire reason i brought my kids there. My family was very disappointed with the breakfast quality I felt like all the food was from a box or frozen, again with the price point I would expect way better. overall i would say the stay was a 5/10. Unless the price comes way down or the over quality improves I would not recommend a night stay with the family.

We waited in line to check in for 45 minutes. There was only one person working the desk. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and took care of checking us in. There are 3 elevators but two of them were out of service. After leaving the front desk is when we noticed how dirty this hotel is.
