Boat lift accommodates up to 4500 lbs Parking room for your trailer on the side of our Private Road. Very nice updated kitchen. Family room overlooking the river. Private location. Kayaking is the best and awaiting your arrival. Play corn-hole on the back deck or eat all your meals watching the river. Wifi and smart tv. Washer - dryer, small cooler if needed. Gas grill.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All used towels can be placed in the bathtub. No need to strip the beds, our cleaning team will!
Turn AC to 78 before departing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Must register all names and ages of guest staying. The guest that makes the reservation must be present. No subletting or changing guests.
No smoking inside the cottage. There will be a $450 smoking penalty if there is any evidence of smoking inside.
Septic system. VERY IMPORTANT ONLY flush toilet paper. If wipes or feminine products are flushed system backs up. $400 fee for plumbing service.

If you are looking for a place that provides you with everything you need, you found it!!!

When I rent a property I want to be able to cook and have the supply's I need. This kitchen is the best supplied kitchen I have ever seen, and I have rented a lot! It is clean, warm and inviting. We didn't want for anything. Just loved sitting out on the back deck, grilling and relaxing.
