An Enjoyable Stay

Really enjoyed my stay at Hetzel hotel. Room was really big for a single Bathroom was very clean with a nice shower. Breakfast wasn't five star but it had all I needed to give me a good start in the morning. Not a lot of dialogue with reception,which I believe,is a good thing. Nice surroundings and U-trains were frequent and close to walking distance. Only negative was the price is a little bit too high for being out in the suburbs of the city.

Et utroligt dejligt hotel i rolige omgivelser. Eneste minus er at der serveres lunkne/varme drikkevarer til morgenmaden. Lunken juice, lunken vand, lunken mælk.

Mehr als enttäuschend.

Es wird mit Parkplätzen geworben, aber es gibt nicht annähernd ausreichend und man darf in einem Wohngebiet einen freien Parkplatz suchen. Lange Wege sind garantiert und von den Mitarbeitern bekommt man dazu auch noch flapsige Kommentare. Das ist nicht professionell. Auch die Bilder der Zimmer vermitteln einen völlig falschen Eindruck. Das Zimmer war definitiv nicht modern und sah ganz anders aus als auf den Fotos. Das „Comfort“-Zimmer hat so viel Comfort, wie es eben hat, wenn man jede Feder der durchgelegenen Matratze spürt. Die Fotos vom Frühstücksbuffet sind auch mehr Schein als Sein. Salat? Fehlanzeige. Lachs? Fehlanzeige. Es scheint so, als ob man mit den Fotos Gäste locken möchte, aber dann nichts bieten kann. Dafür ist es definitiv zu teuer. Ich würde nie wieder hier übernachten. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter habe ich auch vergeblich gesucht. Immerhin war das Bad ganz okay (abgesehen vom Schimmel am Silikon der Fenster).

Das Gebäude an sich scheint aus den 1970/80er Jahren zu sein. Das Zimmer war aber sehr modern renoviert. Der Aufenthalt war daher sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Die Zufahrt zum Tiefgaragenparkhaus befindet sich ca. 80 Meter rechts neben dem Hotel. Parkgebühr für Stuttgart sehr moderat. Die Lage des Hotels ist äußerst ruhig. Positiv ist auch die sich im Gebäude befindliche Gaststätte. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und vielseitig (Bufett).

Hotel mit freundlichem Personal

Hotel liegt in der befahrbaren Fußgängerzone von Wangen. Parkplätze kostenlos hinterm Hotel oder für 6€ in der Tiefgarage. Ich hatte ein modern renoviertes Zimmer. Kopfkissen gehören dringend erneuert. Große Dusche mit genügend Raum davor. Beim Frühstück ein extrem freundlicher Herr der seinen Job sehr gut macht. Manko ist das die Rezeption bereits um 20:00 nicht mehr besetzt war. Ich hatte meine Zimmerkarte im Zimmer gelassen und kam dadurch nicht mehr ins Hotel. Auf einem Zettel an der Tür gab es den Hinweis auf eine Servicenummer. Die Dame konnte mir nur sehr mühsam erklären das es einen Schlüsseltresor gab. Darin lag ein Briefumschlag mit einer Zimmerkarte für ein kleines Notfallzimmer. Da ich natürlich nichts dabei hatte war es zwar besser als auf der Straße schlafen aber ich hätte mir gewünscht das jemand gekommen wäre und mir mein Zimmer geöffnet hätte. Zumal es erst 21:30 war. Morgens faselte der Mann an der Rezeption von Bezahlung für diesen Notfall. Nachdem ich meine Meinung kundtat war bei Abreise dann keine Rede davon. Hätte ich auch nicht bezahlt da in meinem Buchungsportal 23:00h als Check in stand. Ärgerlich für ein eigentlich freundliches Hotel. Zimmerpreis ist zu hoch. Zur U / S-Bahn ca. 500 m

Schrecklich!!!! Doppelzimmer bezahlt und verwahrlostes Einzelzimmer bekommen. Auf meine Anmerkung hin wurde mir gesagt, dass es ja nur ein Wunsch gewesen sei mit dem Doppelzimmer und alle anderen Zimmer wären schon belegt. Das Zimmer war mit das schlechteste was ich bis jetzt erzragen musste und das bei über 200 Tage im Jahr im Hotel. Löcher in den Gardinen und ich meine nicht nur eins sonder er war voll mit löcher. Der Boden fleckig und dreckig Haare von anderen Menschen überall im Zimmer, auch auf dem Schreibtisch. Sehr lecker. Frühstück war miserabel. Kein Brot kein Ei und auch sonst kein gescheites Angebot. Ich kann jedem Menschen nur von diesem Hotel abraten. Absolut unfähiges Personal. Der Ceckin dauert über 30 Minuten. Absolut nicht tragbar.

Wir sind nach dem Einchecken in die Stadt und erst nachts zurückgekommen, als wir los sind hat man uns gesagt es fehlen noch Handtücher die aber noch gebracht werden. Als wir dann nachts duschen wollten haben wir festgestellt dass keine Handtücher da waren. Da die Rezeption nicht 24 Stunden besetzt ist hätten wir eine Nummer anrufen müssen was wir um 1.30 Uhr dann nicht mehr machen wollten, da wir müde waren und schlafen wollten. Ich hatte vorab per Email angefragt wegen Dinkelbrötchen zum Frühstück (wegen Weizenunverträglichkeit) und es hieß das sei kein Problem, ich solle das Personal beim Frühstück ansprechen, als ich gefragt habe meinte man „normalerweise haben wir immer welche da“, erwartet hätte ich allerdings schon dass man da speziell etwas zur Seite legt wenn ein Gast schon extra anfragt. Es gab dann leider keine Dinkelbrötchen. Zusätzlich dazu war der Buffetbereich recht klein für die vielen Gäste und durch Personalmangel hat sehr oft etwas gefehlt oder war leer. Wenn man das Personal angesprochen hat wurde es dann relativ zügig aufgefüllt aber sie sind nicht wirklich hinterhergekommen. Alles in allem leider keine 4 Sterne wert.

Personal war freundlich und kommunikativ. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Viel Teppich und Nostalgische Wandfarben. Mein Zimmer glänzte in Mintgrün. Aber es war sauber und das nötigste vorhanden. Die Matratze war top, ich jedenfalls hatte einen guten Schlaf. Das Frühstück war leider eine einzige Katastrophe. Ich hab noch kein Hotel gesehen das so leidenschaftslos um das leibliche wohl des Gastes bemüht war. Und schon gar kein 4 Sterne Niveau. Die billigsten Produkte wurden verwendet,vom Formschinken bis hin zum Apfelnektar war alles aus dem billigsten Sortiment das im Discounter zu finden ist. Nicht mal die Brötchen waren vom Bäcker sondern die Dinger die es in einer 6er Tüte für einen Euro gibt und drei Monate haltbar sind. Wenigstens wurde mir ein Rührei gemacht. Werde nicht mehr kommen. Obwohl die Zimmer okay waren aber das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht.
