Nice hotel. Breakfast was really good. Didnt like being woke at 530 to sound of snowplow in the lot. Room close to stairwell and elevator. Noisy until 11pm. Overall was okay.

When we got to the room, the fridge wouldn't work. I had to get down on my hands and kbees and plug it in at the back. I couldn't connec5 to wifi, couldn't understand her printing, This was later in the evening. Girl at desk was busy with someone on the phone, less time for me. Needed help with tv, they sent a guy to help. He was not very neat and tidy.

We had booked a 4 night stay, and we have stayed at this location previously. We had no housekeeping service at all during the stay. The bathroom had hair on the shower walls prior to us using it. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. We had a non smoking room, but as soon as you entered the corridor, the smell or marijuana was overwhelming it made you sick to the stomach. There were cigarette butts littered all over the front entrance. The hotel was relatively cheap, but I will be paying extra next time to stay somewhere else that is cleaner and comfortable!

They charged me 566 dollars because of a "stained" carpet and and one stained towel. As if it would cost so much to clean those things. We tried to clean up the whipped cream spill on tje carpet and it wasnt even noticeable after we were done. Totally unnecessary and over done.

The pillows were so bad. Super soft and could not get comfortable. Really liked the restaurant which was connected to the hotel. Lots of parking made it convenient. Hotel does not have conditioner... which is not good for ladies hair. Check in people were nice. Hotel is dated but clean. I would book again but next time bring my own pillow to avoid sore neck.
