Ground-floor entry is available from the basement level. Elevator provides access for those who need handicap access or for luggage. A second Full-Size Refrigerator is available in the kitchen basement and a deep freezer is available for use in the garage. Kitchen is stocked with stainless steel pots and pans, baking sheets/pans, glassware, utensils, two coffee makers (Keurig & Mr. Coffee Pot), kitchen aid mixer, smoothie blender, single-serve Nutribullet, toaster, microwave, as well as various baskets, serveware, and large beverage dispensers for groups. Outside you can enjoy the gas grill, pool, hot tub, and fire pit.
This house is a great deal!! No hotel in Greensboro gives you this amount of space and sleeps this many people, all for a great price! Great for companies coming in for conferences, pastoral groups, or families looking for accommodations for their wedding group, swim teams, schools, sporting groups, etc.
Guests have access to the entire home. Three floors, private pool, hot tub, garage and driveway parking. The pool is open May 1-September 30th. It cannot be opened early or extended late for anyone or any reason. It is not heated. There is a hot tub that's open year-round. Serviced bi-weekly during the winter months but not during inclement weather (hurricane, storm, ice, snow, etc.)

Upstairs Bonus Room: 2 Twin Beds on one end + 2 Sets of Full over Full Bunks on the other (4 Full Beds) with an ensuite bathroom with shower
