-Bedroom: Luxurious queen bed with elegant designer end tables for a touch of sophistication.
Living Room: Features a comfortable sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests. Plenty of comfortable seating invites you to sit and stay awhile.

-Kitchen: Fully equipped with brand-new, high-quality appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Start your mornings with a freshly brewed cup from the Nespresso machine.

-Entertainment: Two flat-screen TVs—one in the living room and another in the bedroom—for your viewing pleasure.

-Amenities: Air conditioning for year-round comfort. Free communal washer and dryer on-site. Complimentary parking space included.

-Fire Pit:
This is an outdoor firepit. For safe use, read and follow the guidelines displayed near the fire pit controls. The propane tank is stored under the black side table and should be switched on prior to use and turned off immediately afterward.

Just a quick note that our landscapers visit the property every Monday and Thursday morning to maintain the outdoor areas. They do their best to work efficiently and with minimal disruption.
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! However, to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the property, pets are not allowed on indoor or outdoor furniture at any time. Any damage or stains caused by pets will result in charges for replacement or repairs. Additionally, pets may not be left unattended in the unit at any time during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!

Please note we charge $50 pet fee, and guests can only bring up to 1 pet to the property.

We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our wonderful community, considerate of fellow guests, and to treat the property as if it were your own home.

To help ensure a safe and respectful experience for all guests and neighbors, the primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present and residing at the property for the duration of the stay.
This policy is in place to maintain the quality, care, and safety of the home and community. Valid government-issued ID may be requested to verify age.

Trash Policy:
You are not required to take out the trash or recycling during your stay—our team will handle it after checkout. However, if you prefer to dispose of it before you leave, feel free to use the designated bins outside.

-Blue bins are for recycling only.
-Gray bins are for regular trash.
