The cottage was very nice and in a great location—just a short distance to Key West with convenient access to a boat ramp and dock. The area was quiet and made for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed catching the sunset across the street down Blimp Road.The only suggestions I would offer are related to a few minor issues. First, it may be better not to require guests to fully clean and put away their own dishes, as it raises the question of what the cleaning fee covers. If guests are expected to assist with dishes, placing them in the dishwasher prior to checkout would be more reasonable and would help ensure proper cleaning standards are maintained.Second, the water pressure is quite poor, which made it challenging for everyone to shower and for the ladies to wash their hair efficiently.Additionally, improved door security is recommended, as neither door had a deadbolt or chain. This would provide a much greater sense of safety and security. Leaving the cottage for the day while knowing it is not fully secure was somewhat stressful, even though the area itself is very nice.Overall, we had a great experience, and these small improvements would make the stay even better. I would still recommend the property, provided some security upgrades are addressed.
