About this space
Locally known as the "Turtle's Nest", this getaway will let you be close to all the action. Located on Goat Island, 2nd row back, right off the big water. Boat ramp, boatslip, and restaurant only .3 miles away. Boatslip & ramp included.
Remodled to a farmhouse feel, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath has 2 king beds & two singles. Two single beds share the same space as living room.
Great retreat after a long day of fishing, or hanging out with family and friends. Be back fast to unwind by the firepit.
The space
Approx. 1100 sq ft of space. You walk into to the two single beds on your left. This space is also shared with the living room. Which hosts a couch, a couple of recliners, and a 4 person table. Additionally, you'll find a 50 inch smart tv.
Moving through you walk into an open space which has the dinning table on your right and the kitchen on your left. You will have another bedroom on the other side of the dinning room wall.
As you walk past the kitchen you will see a full bathroom on your left and contining straight you will end at the last bedroom. All bedrooms have a smart TV.

Please find the lockbox on the post near the side entry door. Code is 0836. Use the same code to close the lockbox
Other things to note
If you plan on using the boat ramp/boatslip, I will need the make, model, and license plate number of your vehicle, as well as the boat name. I have to report this to the dock manager so he knows you are okay to use the space. Please know that only one boat is eligible to be registered for the ramp and slip during the visit. If you plan to leave the boat in the water, the trailer will need to be towed back to the house. I highly encourage you not to leave anything of value in the boat when unattended.

Additional slips can be rented for per day use at $10.00, or $50.00 for 5-7 day periods.
