First Bedroom - King
Second Bedroom - Two Doubles
This 2bd/2ba ground floor entry condo is located in the heart of Sun Valley and sleeps 4 guests. As you enter the condo there is a foyer leading to the living room and kitchen. The living area has great afternoon light, a ceiling fan, and a 36-inch flat-screen TV. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a bistro-style dining table that seats 4 and 2 extra bar stools at the kitchen countertop.
There is one of the two bathrooms as you go down the hall to the bedrooms. It has a single-sink vanity and tub/shower combo. There is a stack washer/dryer in this room in the closet with an iron and ironing board. The first bedroom has a King bed, 24-inch flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 Double beds, a 24-inch flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. There is a full-size hallway bath with a single sink and tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms share a hallway closet and each room has dresser drawers.
Sun Valley Resort amenities are NOT included. This condo has NO pool access.
Complex Features: The Atelier condominium complex is located on Old Dollar Road just across from Sun Valley Lake. Atelier condos are within walking distance of the Sun Valley Village as well as the Sun Valley Pavilion. There is a free shuttle that picks up about 2 blocks away that will transport you to Bald and Dollar Mountains and downtown Ketchum.
Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
