My family and I went here to celebrate my 45th birthday. This hotel was perfectly located only six minute walk to the pier. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was perfect for my four people family. The pool was awesome and warm and relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to the host for keeping such a well-maintained room. We had so much fun.

Sunset Suites was pretty much okay, but the chief concern we had was the size. It’s smaller than a standard hotel room. Especially small was the bathroom, which had no counter space. There were coffee pods in the room, which was good and the property managers were responsive to our requests.

We did not automatically receive the door code from Expedia. For 2 hours I worked with tech support (AI) and online Chat, finally a real person who sent me an email address for the property manager. After two hours I made the decision I needed to find alternate accommodations. I did finally receive the code, after I had another place. Neither the property nor Expedia is willing to give me even a partial credit for the unused room. I won't be booking a room through Expedia again.
