This unit is located on The Esplanade, Cotton Tree in the stylish secure Cosmopolitan Building.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, an attractive kitchen and spacious living area. It has two balconies, one off the master bedroom overlooking the swimming pool and the other off the living area with a view of the park and river area directly across the road. There are 2 undercover secure car space allocated to the apartment. The unit is accessed via a lift.

The bedrooms each have queen-size beds and the bathrooms come with hairdryers and toiletries. Drift and Stay has its own laundry complete with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and everything you’ll need during your stay.
