Kings Cove Unit 14 is a bright, open-concept apartment designed for relaxation, offering panoramic ocean and city views. It comfortably fits up to 6 guests.

Connectivity & Comfort: Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the lounge area.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Boasts white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, including a toaster, kettle, and a full set of dishes and cookware.
Bedroom 1: Features a queen-sized bed with a white wrought-iron headboard, built-in robe, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: Features two single beds with beach-themed decor, a built-in robe, and a ceiling fan.
Bathrooms: Main bathroom includes a shower bath combo, toilet, and vanity. An additional separate toilet is provided for convenience.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for effortless longer stays.
Shared Amenities: Guests have access to a shared swimming pool and a BBQ area.

Please note: The unit is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via stairs only.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment, including the private rooftop terrace. Additionally, guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool and BBQ area within the complex.
Key Collection:
After-hours key collection is handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office.
If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival.
For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Parking:
Secure undercover parking is available for one vehicle.
Please note the entrance to the carpark has a 2-meter clearance.
Electric vehicles cannot be charged within the Kings Cove complex.

Linen Policy:
Bookings created after September 26, 2025, will include linen, but guests will need to make the beds upon arrival.
If your booking was made prior to September 26, 2025, guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels) or hire it for an additional fee.
Booking Terms: Prices vary according to the season and length of stay. Minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons.
Access: The unit is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via stairs only.
Key Collection: After-hours key collection is via a lock box. Codes are sent on the day of arrival (or Saturday for Sunday arrivals).
EV Charging: Electric vehicles cannot be charged within the Kings Cove complex.
