Nice hotel good location

Noosa Heads

Good stay, staff were very accommodating. Would recommend but upgrade to the best rooms

OK But Needs Upgrading

We arrived at the resort quite late in the afternoon and was given a room which had a noisy ancient air-con unit which only provided air into the bedroom. We complained and were given another room which was ok but in need of refurbishment. The living area was large but the bedroom was very small. Also because the reception was only open from 8.30am to 5pm, and we were away on a trip from early morning we could not get any pool towels.
