Bedrooms: 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs with comfortable bedding.

1 King size bed with ensuite;

1 Queens size bed;

2 King single beds.

2 full bathrooms plus a master ensuite for added privacy and convenience.



Ocean Views: Enjoy stunning ocean views from the front deck, including whales sights during the winter months, a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Family-Friendly Features: Extra Tv /play room and for entertainment, plus a large entertaining deck with large seating area and a ping pong table to keep everyone active and having fun!



Dog-Friendly: We welcome your furry companion, with a dog bed and bowls provided for their comfort. Please note this is limited to one non shedding dog under 15kg. House rules for pets apply.

Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: There is potential from mid July 2025 until 22 December 2025 and then again from 12th January 2026, for construction across the street, with attendant noise, to take place at sometime during your stay. We have not been provided with a schedule for this, it may happen during your stay, it may not. It is anticipated that if it were to occur during your stay, it will most likely occur be between the hours 07:00-15:00 Mondays to Fridays If you want more information, please send us an Inquiry message.
