Everything you need is in walking distance from the house. A 2 minute walk to the patrolled beach at Coolum, restaurants and local cafes, and a 5 minute walk to shopping mall, Coles and dan Murphy's
You'll find yourself waking up with a hot coffee, enjoying the view over the pool and front courtyard from the comfortable outdoor daybed. This patio and dining area also doubles as the perfect place to entertain or enjoy the afternoon with the family. There is even a BBQ and wine fridge to help keep the celebrations going.
The well-equipped kitchen is positioned perfectly to entertain inside or out. Overlooking the patio and next to the dining area, it really is an entertainer's delight for hosting at home.
If you are looking for a more relaxed, low-key holiday, and like the sound of putting your feet up, the living room has a large Smart TV, and 2 large comfortable 3-seater couches for you to relax on.
In terms of space, the 3 bedrooms will comfortably sleep 6 guests. The main bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with a private ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third 2 king singles.
There are 2 bathrooms inside the house and 1 outside on the patio, perfect for a wash down after the beach or swimming in the pool. There is also a cold outdoor shower by the front gate, ideal for returning from the beach.

Coolum Beach is backed by a shopping and entertainment strip featuring a range of fine dining and casual eateries. Fronted by a large grassy beachfront park and skate ramp, it’s a great spot for barbecues, playing cricket and kicking a ball.
Coolum Beach has a proud surf club culture and lifesavers have patrolled the waters since 1919. The local Coolum Surf Club welcomes visitors and is a wonderful place to enjoy quality bistro fare and watch the waves roll into this holiday paradise.
A hop, skip and a jump from Coolum Beach, you can’t miss the imposing dome of Mount Coolum National Park. Walk up the many steps to the summit and admire the brilliant 360-degree views. At 208 metres above sea level, Mount Coolum offers views stretching from Point Cartwright and the Glass House Mountains in the South, to the Blackhall Range in the West and Noosa Heads to the North.
Getting Around:
Uber and Taxi services are always available in the area. For public transport options, the nearest bus stop is only a few 100m up the road.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are more than welcome for an addition $100 pet fee, however, we ask that you please clean up after them thoroughly. This includes inside and outside areas. Please keep your pets off the furniture and especially off the beds. It can often be hard to get animal smells out of the sheets and we want to be able to keep offering pet availability to future guests with fresh linen.
Should these rules not be followed you will be charged an additional $200 cleaning fee.
