It is a fully air-conditioned semi-detached house that ensures complete privacy, although there may be other guests in the neighboring part. The lower ground floor contains a space with a double bed and a sofa bed that also converts into a double bed. This floor does not have a bathroom, and the room is not fully enclosed; instead, a heavy curtain is placed at the top of the stairs.

The ground floor features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a coffee maker, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own private entrance and bathroom. The rooms are furnished with double beds, and if needed, an additional 1x2 m bed can be added to each room. The villa is also equipped with bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, and a safe.
