Sit on the upstairs deck and enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean, or take a short walk to the beach access located approximately four houses down and across Ocean Boulevard to feel the sand between your toes.

Upon entry, you'll be greeted by an open living and dining area perfect for gathering. Just around the corner is a fully stocked, grand kitchen with plenty of room for all the chefs in the family. Whether it's family dinners, board games, or popcorn and a movie night, this home truly feels like Almost Heaven by the Sea.

If that's not enough, sink into relaxation in the private spillway spa pool. While there is no canal access, the property offers wonderful canal views from the back decks and ocean views from the front. Most bedrooms feature private bathrooms and exterior doors leading to deck space.
