It’s fine but expected better.

The room was spacious and the pillows are comfortable. The view is one of the better views on the strip (front facing the beach). But on the downside the ironing board was broken the toaster only partially worked and some of the items in the kitchen and front of fridge was dirty. The mattress is near the end of its life. The service for breakfast was unfortunately poor. Seated for twenty minutes before going looking for someone to take the order. No acknowledgment from staff when you leave. Food that was cooked for you was above average but the continental side of things was just ok. I’ve now stayed in nearly all the hotels on the strip and kept this stay for a special occasion, overall I was a little underwhelmed. The lifts are mostly full and at times you can wait 15minutes for one. Although more expensive it is similar to many of the other well know hotels.

The apartments are in a great location walkable to lots within surfers but the property is very worn down however the prices they charge don’t reflect this. The pool upstairs don’t match the images anymore instead it has many missing tiles and rust everywhere. Furniture is cheap and in bad condition. The pools were extremely dirty with gross things floating around. Our room was also very poorly managed and cleaned. The curtains were gross and the balcony had dead bugs on our arrival and the balcony windows were also dirty. The house cleaning also did a bad job and room was not cleaned other than towel replacement for 5 days. This is at 3 star apartment at most charging 5 star prices still spend your money elsewhere. They need to refresh, clean and revamp everything!!!!!

I have fond memories of this property from over 10years ago but it is now showing its age - our room had a lot of wear and tear! Also, the lifts couldn’t handle the traffic and we would almost always wait 5-10mins for a lift. Location is great and staff very nice. Amenities get a pass. Not what it use to be but, thank you anyway for having us.

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be be clean and comfortable. The house keeping was top service. The only downfall was issues with some electric sockets cutting out power. Electrician did attend to the issue the second time though. Lifts can be an issue during busy periods, very slow and full. Would definitely stay here again.

The original apartment was not very clean with insects on the bed leading to whole body insect bite rashes on my first night. Communicated with the reception the next morning, however the day reception manager swapped us out from from level 32 to level 7 without consulting with us. Eventually we decided to make a formal complaint to the management team. Luckily, the Exe Assistant manger is very helpful and willing to work with us to solve the problem. Thanks Reece!

The lifts were hard to access, waited too long, obviously not all lifts were working. The room door scraped on the floor and wouldn’t open properly. I found it very hard to take the car out of the building, need more signs with instructions. Everything else was wonderful, the view was beautiful and the room was lovely, I’m returning next month for a few days.

The property was mostly ok but not to the standard charged. The pool was filthy with little children leaving their wet food around it and inside the pool. They had no towels available in the pool area and there was no one cleaning it or supervising it. I stayed there for two nights and was charged 350$ for breakfast. I had to argue that my 3 children all teenagers should be entitled to more than an 18$ breakfast(children’s breakfast)given the amount I paid. I shouldn’t have had to do this if you charge me 175$/ day for 4 adults breakfast. The continental breakfast service offered was very poor although the menu plates were reasonable. The staff were very helpful and accomodating although the experience was degraded given the above circumstances

Beautiful location with the most amazing ocean views, The apartment was better than I expected. Only thing I will complain about is that some of the complimentary Nescafe coffee satchels had expired 2 years ago, fridge had an off smell and some of the kitchen utensils weren't cleaned properly (egg on frypan and dirty coffee cups) Apart from those minor issues I would definitely stay here again.
