The room was very clean, the staff were more than helpful and great to converse with, the continental breakfast was excellent, the pool and the hot tub were well maintained. I would recommend anyone stay there.

I’m absolutely disgusted with this hotel the doors are paper thin and you can hear Everything!! The beds are terrible. The staff were too busy talking on their phone earbud to acknowledge guests. There was a person walking around at the reception area with no shoes and extremely fowl smelling ad sores all over his feet. I did not feel safe at this hotel and was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. This hotel should shut down and do repairs and train staff!

This property was nice and close to the Peace Arch Border Crossing. The check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were professional yet accommodating. You definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The Cleanliness is ok. The breakfast is not the best. The one inch gap under most of the doors to the rooms, allows a lot of noise to come into the rooms from the hallway. This is also something that I would question if it would meet the fire code.

Good and bad

Good- hotel was clean, housekeeping work very hard here, check in and out front desk was lovely. The bad- the hotel is very dated with patched wall paper, ripped shower curtains and small towels. We were very disappointed they allowed swimming lessons in the 10x20 foot pool. My family of 3 and 2 others kids were playing on the pool when a private lesson began and we were requested for the 5 of us to use one half while the 1 child and instructor used the other half to swim laps, they also had zero towels available. Overall it’s a good location for a border crossing but I think we’ll pick a different hotel for next time.

There was a loud mechanical noise that came on every 20 minutes all night. Like the heating system was broken. I needed rest and got about two hours of sleep.
