On enclosed property of approximately 680 sqm, guests have at their disposal an open pool of 38 sqm, barbecue, dining table, outdoor furniture, and private parking for 2 cars.



Villa Maria Selina for 6 guests has a living area of 160 sqm and consists of living area with access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with access to the terrace and with private bathroom, a separate toilet in the hallway. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms each with access to the private balcony and private bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
