Pleasant large room with microwave, jug and toaster, crockery and cutlery. But they didn't have Make Up My Room door signs so our room didn't get cleaned after 1Night and there was no washing up liquid and compendium with Wifi and restaurants nearby. These documents things being reprinted, apparently. Good thing was the room left open for our late arrival. Very friendly staff.

We have stayed there a number of times now & it never changes. The rooms are always lovely, neat & clean. The bathroom is excellent, spacious, clean & modern. We can walk to shops & food outlets & staff are very friendly.

The Jane Eliza is located in a very convenient location, room was clean only negative was as it was a busy long weekend not enough parking spaces on site.

No lights out front with a step to the room. Hot water is not available. Toaster is a mini bread sticks out the top. No microwave. 1 teaspoon, 1 small fullcream milk they don't have skim milk option. Fridge was too small couldn't fit a cake in it, tiny freezer was covered with ice. Swimming pool is not heated. Sewerage smell in bathroom was awful. Bed was comfortable aircon working, tea and coffee was fresh, staff were pleasant

It was a lovely stay close to everything . The only thing which was annoying mainly cause I’m not interested in how things work but had trouble turning tv on then couldn’t turn it off not sure why but it’s not a very smart tv. We had to sleep with it on, just like watching the news. Everything else was wonderful 10/10
