Situated within the grounds of another holiday home, The Little House in Oxwich provides the perfect setting for a romantic escape in total peace and tranquillity. Enjoy spending quality time together in the stylish living space and seeking new adventures from the doorstep. Should you wish to explore the area, the beach is just a 5-minute walk away, as well as The Beach House restaurant, cafes, shops and water sports.
The space
As you step into the property, you are welcomed by a spacious and contemporary open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including an electric oven, an induction hob, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Meanwhile, the four-seater dining table creates a perfect setting for enjoying meals together.

The living room is an elegantly designed and inviting space where you can unwind after a long day. Here, you can sink into the plush, comfortable sofa while indulging in your favourite films on the Smart TV.

Venturing upstairs, you will discover a luxurious super-king-size bedroom that offers a tranquil retreat. This room provides ample storage and an en-suite bathroom featuring both a shower and a bath.

Stepping outside, you'll find an enclosed garden with a hot tub and a handy outdoor shower.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
