Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it.

We had yet another great stay in this hotel. Location is very convenient and staff is friendly. We will surely book again. What may be important to mention for those considering a stay is that parking on site is not guaranteed (first come, first served) and - at least currently - breakfast times are sorted by room number / floor, so we had quite an early breakfast slot.

The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area within easy walkable distance to beach, pier, city center. Surprisingly great choice at the breakfast buffet with daily changing egg and pancake variety! Staff is wonderful, covid-19 measures have been taken, felt very secure and well taken care of. Will return to this hotel if we get a chance to travel to Swinoujscie again! Can recommend!

I asked for a dubble bed but got two beds shoved together, fell down the crack more then once. When asking for a room with a different bed they just said OK but did nothing. The first night there was also a party in the hotel that kept us awake til 3 am. Jacuzzi was nice, and cleaning staff. Rest of the staff was rude and the music in the breakfast room was not suitable for breakfast mode.

Mosquitoes and constant surveillance.

Hotel is located in a park which means you have to constantly fight with mosquitoes. My room had a beautiful tall celling but this made impossible to remove mosquitoes and sleeping was very hard due to the sound of flying mosquitoes. At the end of my stay I had mosquitos bites everywhere! It looks like guests are monitored all the time. When my friend helped me to bring my belongings from the beach I got a call from the reception after five minutes that, in my room is unregistered person. For me that was much too much of interference in my privacy. Internet was extremely slow in my room. When I asked about it at the reception I heard that I should be happy that it works, expressed in polite way. Hotel is clean, rooms look nice and updated. Breakfast was very good. I didn’t try any of the spa facilities. However, it feels like this place is dedicated for old people looking for relax only. Families and people looking for a good time will not feel comfortable there, in my opinion.
