Room was nice, but found a grey hair in my sheets. They also don’t provide enough towels. The breakfast was only bread, yogurt and cereal - no real whole foods. Location is not ideal if you want to do the touristy things like bondi beach and Sydney harbour. They say things are easily accessible with transit, but you waste a lot of time doing so. Positive, the people working are very nice and informative. But I would not stay here again.

Room needs double glazing as noise from main road not good - room g04 Staff not overly welcoming on arrival and no good wishes on departure! Nothing! Breakfast was very basic and felt like it was portion controlled. A 5 minute warning of ending would be helpful too to guests rather than just take away 2 mins before 9am. Bus stop right outside was very convenient

The room was great, comfortable, very clean and the bed was super comfortable, best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel itself is well kept, quiet and in a great location. City 15mins away. Woolies 5mins walk. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms were very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the rainfall shower was a lovely addition. The underground parking was very secure. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney, and I would definitely stay here again.

Brooke was a joy to talk to when we checked in and her hospitality was warm. She spent a moment with us for dining & shopping options in the surrounding area. Breakfasts are really basic - breads, cereals, yoghurts, coffee & tea. No shout out ….. The TV remotes operations are really confusing but it could be just me ….. The rooms are so so for one year old property ? Clogged aircon filter, missing toilet lock handle, imperfect shower curtains, weird room smell ….. Really need proper housekeeping & maintainance.
