I was fairly happy with hotel but not happy with communication. We bought tickets for an airport shuttle service but were not told that the hotel needed to verify in the afternoon . As a result we waited for a shuttle that did not arrive and ended up having to call an uber last minute. We’ll see if the hotel refunds the money for the shuttle service

I have to claim at the end of the trip. I requested a shuttle bus at 16:50on November 19, 2025. But the bus never came. I have to wait at the hotel, but the shuttle bus didn't show up until 17:10 I asked the hotel receptionist about the hotel's phone call shuttle company that will come to the hotel. I was waiting at the hotel from 16:40 ( Stand by), and the same person asked no-show..His name is Andrew. I asked the shuttle driver (George), and he told me that he was informed about the pick-up request at 17:10 Andrew did not even apologize for the situation. He might have forgotten to order my shuttle bus !!! I was not happy about this, so I walked away. I hope Andrew improves reception so this never happens again . Your hotel customer E Matsumoto
