wifi internet is really sketchy and drops out which is super infuriating. AC mode cannot be changed by the visitor. AC is really loud. No desk space on which to work or use a laptop just a tiny gap between fridge and bench. Was cheap but maybe too cheap.

The breakfast, the food was cold as no lids to keep the food warm. The ham was yellow I watched the ham and it did not change for 3 days. also the oranges had mould on them, I mentioned to the staff about the mould and he could not understand me. Shower door could not open wide enough to get into the shower easy and I am not a big person.

Great location with lots of food options even late into the evening in the area. Hotel was clean and daily service was well done. Microwave was great addition. Chair was flimsy, not sure if it was mine or the design. Bathroom was clean and had the necessary amenities. Towels were clean and fluffy. Airconditioning is fixed to 21C which was okay once I cooled down. No laundry service or laundromat in the area so need keep this in mind. Probably best for a couple of days stay only. Didn't try the breakfast but they did offer pre-booked buffet.

Super friendly staff, nice location, good beds. However, the bathroom was built for disabled/eldery people, so no curtains or shower screens, which messed the floor. We had to ask to move us to another room.

The property is located next to a pub.which plays loud music until 12am. Also there a many sex workers in the area. We paid for a queen bed but it was more like 2 sigle beds pushed together. The food around the hotel is good but the hotel it self is bad

Good location but room cleanliness should be improved. Coffee cup in room has red lipstick on it, dust on air conditioner, lack of maintenance and breakfast room is dirty. Coffee machine, plates, glasses are disgusting. Is this a world class hotel in all accor group?
