The space If you choose to stay here, you'll find yourself at a stunning property with impressive amenities and beautiful surroundings in the heart of Sydney's vibrant inner-west. Inside, you'll find spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. Chill downstairs in the open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas, along with internally laundry and bathroom – the perfect space to entertain friends or relax with family. Upstairs, you'll find another polished bathroom and 3 homely bedrooms, with the master bedroom overlooking the water. The amenities in this incredible property won't disappoint: enjoy the comforts of ducted A/C, on-site laundry and parking, plus incredible water or nature views from practically every room. Situated along the southern bank of the Parramatta River, it is approximately 16 km west of the Sydney CBD. Known for its scenic waterfront views, Cabarita features the popular Cabarita Park and Cabarita Beach, offering recreational spaces, picnic areas, and walking trails. The suburb boasts a blend of historical and contemporary architecture, with residential areas that include a mix of charming older homes and modern developments. It is well-connected by public transport, including ferry services, making it a convenient and desirable location. House rules You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply: - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am - No parties or antisocial behaviour - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval - No pets are allowed in the property without approval - No smoking is allowed at any times - If you break something, please let us know - To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police. IMPORTANT: - Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund. - Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following: - Please leave all beds unmade - Please clean up your dishes and put them away - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed. - Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind. We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees. We apologise for the inconvenience. - For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience. - For your safety, two outdoor security cameras are installed—one at the front door and one by the garage. There are no cameras inside the home, ensuring your full privacy. - There is ongoing construction next door, which may result in some noise during your stay. - To help us conserve energy, please ensure that all lights and air conditioning are turned off when you leave the property—whether heading out for the day or checking out at the end of your stay. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Extra Services: - Early Check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost. - Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost. - Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out - We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started. - This booking is protected with coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses, provided by Travel Support with claim upto 500 AUD (T&C Applies). Getting There The property is located 16 km away from Sydney Airport. By car, the journey will take around 30 minutes. By public transportation, the journey will take around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The residence was in a very poor state of condition, and the general cleanliness was not great. The pool are was absolutely atrocious. There was empty cooking pots, mops and buckets - old buckets of paint, shovels, and much more laying around. I have taken photos. The decking around the pool was unsafe and my child almost went through it a one stage. The spa was unable to be heated. The general garden areas were overgrown and unkempt. The kitchen did not have frying pans. The TV in the main room would not work. Bathroom door wouldn't close. The out door areas were very untidy. Property was not what was in the advertised pictures. I sent an email on our first night and am still to get a reply. It is a beautiful location but not worth the money. Very disappointed.
