Good location and the reasonable rate, but first time to learn that the hotel charge cleaning fee unless 7 nights stay. we stayed for 4 nights. When we asked cleaning, it would be additional fee. When we asked change the towels, it would be additional fee

NEEDS A GOOD CLEAN

The property is in need of a good extensive clean. From the dirty dishes and stained cups to the sticky table top. Take your own wipes and give everything a good wipe down before you unpack. The sheets were stained as well with black stains. The water pressure in the shower is very low and the whole unit is in need of an upgrade as it is looking very tired.

The staff at reception are extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed on the second floor which was close to the footpath but it was very quiet day and night. Apartment 204 is well equipped with a modern shower and kitchen. The location is excellent for transport, food and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.

There was asy acces to he hotel from the train station an walking distance to the cruise ship port. Room was clean and comfortable bed.

Perfect location next to Wynyard station & just up from Bangaroo & the harbour. Has a newly open large supermarket only 1 minute away. Beautifully upgraded renovated rooms & extremely good plus rates for the rooms makes the hotel an upmarket hidden value / gem place to stay.

Good Value for the price. Second time I have stayed and had the same room. Lounge is broken and has been for at least 6 months as I had the same room last stay. Balcony has cobwebs in spots showing it doesn’t get cleaned. Location is noisy. If you are looking for a good location with plenty of room on a budget then it a decent place. If you are wanting modern and quiet then probably pay more to stay elsewhere

We were happy with our stay as it is very conveniently located, it is a bit out dated which is good to see rooms are getting a full update, this is a very clean and comfortable motel. Very happy with the nightly rate. Pillows need to be updated as they were lumpy, i will bring my own next time we stay here.

It was great to find an apartment of this size in this neighbourhood for this price. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials. The apartment was clean and felt welcoming upon entry. The location is perfect to explore the iconic sites of Sydney on foot, with easy access to transportation options. The staff at the front desk were consistently friendly and helpful. The after hours entry system is simple and efficient. We recommend this property to others without hesitation.

We liked the distance from from train station (300 m) ,Wollies and resturants very close by.apartment and staff very good. Did not like the soap and shampoo shelf missing and half flush button on toilet cistern appeared broken.Which are only trivial overall very good
