Great location

Amazing check in experience with the wonderful Joseph! Hotel is a little "tired", but the rooms are a good size and the facitlities well provided. The location is BRILLIANT!! So close to public transport, and a short walk to lots of sightseeing in Sydney!

Would not stay here.

Was not clean, photos on the app are not a true representation of the room. Room had no extra pillows and no hairdryer. The bar fridge had no shelving, and froze my food. The cup was placed upside down and was 'stuck' to the saucer. Staff were nice and explained I was not the only one complaining, and they were unable to change the situation. Would not stay again.

This accommodation is in a very convenient location - close to public transport and the hop on hop off bus. There are plenty of dining options as it is very close to Chinatown. The room was a good size and the comfortable while the double glazing keep the noise levels down.

Broken fixtures in the bathroom, mould in the grouting. Carpets in poor condition with holes and rips. Staff not attentive to guests resulting in multiple visits to the desk. Replacement towel (only one of the two just thrown onto the towel rack. Toilet dirty. Could not open the blinds all the way as the sheer curtain did not cover the entire window. No concern for guests checked luggage, we waited over an hour for ours to be secured in the room and it was only done after we enquired about it twice. Dirty carpets with a layer of dust and had to get rid of 3 big bugs in the room.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Great central location. A short walk from Central Station with plenty of transport options. The rooms were adequate for 2 people. Our only negative would be the lack of soundproofing (at least in the room we stayed in). You could easily hear noise and talking from adjacent rooms. But overall very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

Spacious and clean

It was an overnight stay, I had a good deal $230 for NYE. Perfect as it's next to tram stop. Its spacious, clean & location is next to China Town/Haymarket, perfect spot with plenty of eateries.
